A perfect place to raise their three young children, this professional couple wanted a large open space that was warm and inviting, where family and friends can immediately feel at ease. Many original details in the house were kept, others were added to look original, and a large extension was incorporated into the structure to accommodate their family.

While we decided to keep the decor of all the built-ins very traditional, the furnishings and lighting are modern and contemporary, which adds an interesting and unexpected juxtaposition to the home, and also reflects the lively, fun personalities of the homeowners.

Warm colors, quality materials, high-end appliances and cabinetry, comfortable furnishings, upholstered in easy-to-clean fabrics, and lots of texture add layers to the design.

This wonderful home will serve this family very well over the years and provide a functional, beautiful place for them to enjoy many many fun times with the people they love!
